4. Eligibility

To use our website or subscribe to our service, you must:

5. Subscriptions & service term

When you purchase a subscription:

• Your subscription runs for the term of the plan you have selected.
• We provide activation details and support for the full duration of that term.
• Subscriptions are personal and intended for the number of simultaneous device connections specified in your chosen plan.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at the point of purchase.

Where a free trial, promotional term or discounted period is offered, its specific conditions will be described at the point of sign-up.

6. Pricing & payments

Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are quoted in the currency shown at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect subscriptions already paid for.

Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards (processed by third-party card payment providers).
• Cryptocurrency (processed by third-party crypto payment gateways).

Payment terms

• All payments are prepaid and must be completed before the service is activated.
• Card payments are handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials.
• Cryptocurrency payments are handled by third-party gateways. We do not store private keys or wallet credentials. Blockchain transactions are publicly visible by nature; we only link a transaction to your account to confirm payment.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, exchange or crypto network.
• We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse or a violation of these Terms.

7. Activation & delivery

After your payment is confirmed, we will send activation details to the email address or WhatsApp number you provided during checkout or enquiry. Activation is usually completed within a short time, but may take longer during peak periods.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact details for activation.
• Installing a compatible IPTV player application on your device.
• Following the setup steps in our installation guide.
• Maintaining a suitable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for streaming.

If you do not receive activation details, contact our support team and we will resend them.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service does not violate any law, regulation or third-party right in the country where you access it.

9. Prohibited conduct

When using our website or service, you must not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, share or redistribute access to the service or your credentials.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose, such as a public screening, broadcast, or paid viewing venue, without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, access limits or device restrictions.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or overload our website or systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from our website or any part of our service.
• Impersonate EliteStream IPTV LLC, its team, or any other person or business.

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules.

10. Devices & third-party apps

The service is designed to work with compatible devices such as Firestick, Android TV, Smart TVs, Apple TV, smartphones, tablets, Windows and Mac, using third-party IPTV player applications.

• We do not manufacture or control these devices or applications.
• Compatibility may change over time if a device manufacturer or app developer makes changes.
• Support for installation and troubleshooting is provided as a courtesy and is not a guarantee that any specific device or app will work indefinitely.

11. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service for the full duration of your subscription. However:

• We do not own or control the servers, streams or networks through which third-party content is delivered.
• Channel availability, stream quality and content may change without notice due to factors outside our control.
• Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet conditions, or actions taken by third parties.
• Some channels or content may be unavailable in certain regions due to rights, licensing or local laws.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly when issues arise, and we provide support for the full term of your subscription.

12. Refunds & cancellations

Because our service is digital and activated immediately, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activation details have been delivered, except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.

We may consider a refund in limited circumstances, such as:

• You were charged in error or charged twice for the same subscription.
• The service could not be activated and we were unable to resolve the issue.
• You are legally entitled to a refund under the consumer laws of your country.

13. Intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EliteStream IPTV LLC, its directors, employees, agents and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content, streams, servers or networks that we do not own or control.
• Your internet connection, device compatibility or IPTV player application.
• Changes to channel availability, content or quality made by third parties.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the service in your jurisdiction.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription giving rise to the claim, for the period in which the issue occurred.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EliteStream IPTV LLC, its directors, employees, agents and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the service.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

17. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
• We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
• Your subscription expires and is not renewed.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to cancel a subscription, contact us at legal@elitestreamiptv.co. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law or stated in section 12.

18. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
