Keep the server URL, username, password, or M3U playlist that came with your EliteStream IPTV subscription nearby. Enter each value exactly as supplied because even a small character change can prevent the login from working.

Amazon Fire TV Stick & Fire TV Cube

For Fire TV, the easiest route for apps that are not listed in the Amazon Appstore is the free Downloader app. The two options below include the access codes for IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate.

Prerequisite: Both Smarters Pro and TiVimate on Firestick require the Downloader app and “Unknown Sources” permissions. Follow steps 1 & 2 carefully to unlock your settings.

  1. Add Downloader to Fire TV

    From your Fire TV home screen, scroll to Find → Search. Type Downloader (the orange icon with a box and arrow) and install it.

  2. Enable Developer Options and Unknown Sources

    Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About. Click on Fire TV Stick 7 times quickly until a message says “You are now a developer”. Now go back to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn Apps from Unknown Sources ON.

  3. Launch Downloader and enter the access code

    Open the Downloader app. Click the URL box, type 6468112, and click Go.

  4. Finish the installation

    Wait for the download to finish, click Install, then click Open.

  5. Open Xtream Codes login

    At the player welcome screen, choose Login with Xtream Codes API.

  6. Give the connection a name

    Type a recognizable name, like My IPTV.

  7. Add your Xtream Codes information

    Enter the Server URL, Username, and Password supplied with your EliteStream IPTV account. Pasting the values helps avoid typing errors.

  8. Save the connection

    Select Add User. Your channels will load within seconds!

Important: TiVimate is intended for Android TV devices and is not optimized for phones and tablets. Make sure you are using a Fire TV Stick.

  1. Add Downloader to Fire TV

    Search for Downloader in the Amazon Appstore and install it.

  2. Enable Developer Options and Unknown Sources

    Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About. Click on Fire TV Stick 7 times until you see “You are now a developer”. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn Apps from Unknown Sources ON.

  3. Launch Downloader and enter the access code

    Open Downloader, type 272483 into the URL box, and click Go. (Alternatively, you can type tivimate.com/apk).

  4. Install TiVimate

    Select Download, then Install, and finally Open once it finishes.

  5. Add your playlist

    Select Add Playlist → Xtream Codes (or M3U Playlist if you have that) and enter the details we provided.

  6. Save and start watching

    Select Add, wait for the channel list to load, and you’re ready to watch.

Android TV Box (NVIDIA Shield, MECOOL, X96 & Similar Devices)

Most Android TV boxes include Google Play Store, so you can install a player directly. For users who prefer an APK route, the Downloader method is also available with code 6468112.

  1. Open Google Play

    Launch Google Play Store from your Android TV home screen.

  2. Find IPTV Smarters Pro

    Search IPTV Smarters Pro, select it, then choose Install.

  3. Launch the player

    When installation completes, select Open to start the app.

  4. Choose a sign-in method

    On the home screen, tap Login with Xtream Codes API.

  5. Label the connection and add credentials

    Type a name like My IPTV, then paste your Server URL, Username, and Password.

  6. Add the account

    Choose Add User and give the player a moment to retrieve your channels and VOD library.

  1. Open Google Play

    Find and open the Play Store on your device.

  2. Search and install TiVimate

    Search TiVimate IPTV Player, select it, then choose Install.

  3. Create your playlist connection

    Select Add Playlist, then choose Xtream Codes or M3U Playlist.

  4. Enter the connection details

    Fill in the fields and select Add. Channels will appear within seconds.

Android Phone & Tablet

On Android mobile devices, you can install a compatible player through Google Play. IPTV Smarters Pro is the recommended option in this guide, with a direct download option listed above.

  1. Launch Google Play Store

    Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.

  2. Find IPTV Smarters Pro

    Use the Play Store search field to find IPTV Smarters Pro and open the correct result.

  3. Install the app and launch it

    Tap Install, wait for the download to complete, then open the player.

  4. Open Xtream Codes login

    Select the Xtream Codes API option on the login screen.

  5. Give the connection a name

    Type a recognizable name, like My IPTV.

  6. Add your Xtream Codes information

    Copy the Server URL, Username, and Password into the matching fields without changing them.

  7. Save and load the account

    Tap Add User and allow the player to finish loading your channel and VOD lists.

  1. Launch Google Play Store

    Tap the Play Store icon on your device.

  2. Search “TiVimate”

    Type it in the search bar and tap the app to open its page.

  3. Install and open

    Tap Install, wait for it to finish, then tap Open.

  4. Add your playlist

    Tap Add Playlist, choose Xtream Codes or M3U Playlist, and fill in your details.

iPhone & iPad

For Apple mobile devices, use IPTV Smarters Player from the App Store, then connect it with the credentials supplied for your EliteStream IPTV subscription.

  1. Open Apple App Store

    Launch the App Store from the device home screen.

  2. Find IPTV Smarters Player

    Tap the search tab, type IPTV Smarters Player, and tap it in the results.

  3. Install and launch

    Tap Get and complete the normal Apple verification step if prompted, then open the app.

  4. Select the Xtream Codes option

    Tap Login with Xtream Codes API.

  5. Give the connection a name

    Enter a label such as My IPTV in the connection-name field.

  6. Add your Xtream Codes information

    Add the Server URL, Username, and Password exactly as supplied with your account.

  7. Add the connection

    Save the connection and wait for the live TV and movie sections to populate.

Apple TV

On Apple TV, install a compatible player directly from the tvOS App Store and use the Siri Remote to enter your connection details.

  1. Open the tvOS App Store

    From the Apple TV home screen, open the App Store with the Siri Remote.

  2. Find IPTV Smarters Player

    Choose Search and enter IPTV Smarters Player with the on-screen keyboard.

  3. Install the player

    Select Get, wait for it to install, then select the app icon to open it.

  4. Select the Xtream Codes option

    Select Login with Xtream Codes API.

  5. Give the connection a name

    Enter a recognizable name, like My IPTV.

  6. Add your Xtream Codes information

    Use the Siri Remote to enter the Server URL, Username, and Password supplied with the account.

  7. Save the connection

    Select Add User. Your channels will be ready to browse.

Samsung & LG Smart TVs

Samsung and LG smart televisions can use a supported IPTV player through their built-in app stores, making setup possible without an additional streaming box on compatible models.

Samsung Smart TV

Turn on your TV and press the Smart Hub button. Search for IPTV Smarters Pro. Select and install the app. Open it, accept the terms, and enter your IPTV subscription credentials (server URL, username, password) provided by us.

LG Smart TV

Press the Home button to launch the LG Content Store. Search for IPTV Smarters Pro. Install and open the application and log in using your subscription details: Username, Password, and Portal URL.

Tip: If you find navigating the Smart TV apps difficult, we recommend plugging a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box into your TV’s HDMI port. It gives you the much easier Smarters Pro experience we describe in the Firestick/Android sections above!

Windows & Mac Computers

Windows and Mac users can install the desktop player from the official source and then add their EliteStream IPTV login details.

  1. Get the desktop player

    Open the official IPTV Smarters website and choose the Windows or Mac download for your computer.

  2. Complete the installation

    Run the downloaded installer and follow the standard prompts until the application is installed.

  3. Open IPTV Smarters Pro

    Start the application from your desktop, Start Menu, or Applications folder.

  4. Choose Xtream Codes API

    Select the Xtream Codes API login method from the welcome screen.

  5. Give the connection a name

    Give it a friendly name, such as My IPTV.

  6. Enter your details

    Enter the Server URL, Username, and Password in their corresponding fields.

  7. Load the account

    Select Add User and wait for the live channels and VOD library to appear.

MAG & Enigma2 Set-Top Boxes

MAG and Enigma2 hardware uses a different connection method from app-based players. The setup normally relies on the device MAC address together with the Portal URL supplied for the account.

  1. Locate the box MAC address

    Open Settings → System Info on the MAG device, or the equivalent information screen on Enigma2, and record the MAC address shown.

  2. Provide the MAC address to support

    Send the device MAC address to EliteStream IPTV support so the box can be associated with your account. This is normally required only once.

  3. Add the Portal URL

    Open Settings → Servers → Portals and enter the Portal URL supplied for your EliteStream IPTV connection.

  4. Restart the set-top box

    Restart the device after saving the portal. It should reconnect and load the available channel list automatically.

Login Method 1

Connect Using Xtream Codes API

Xtream Codes API is a structured login option supported by many IPTV players. Enter the server address, username, and password exactly as provided, then allow the player to retrieve the available live channels and VOD content.

Understanding the Three Fields

  • Server URL (or “Portal URL”): This is the server address supplied with your account. Enter it exactly as provided, including the protocol if one is shown.
  • Username: The username assigned to your account. It is case-sensitive if your provider specifies it that way.
  • Password: The password linked to your subscription. Copy it carefully and avoid adding spaces.
Common mistake: Extra spaces or missing characters can prevent login. Copy and paste your credentials whenever possible instead of retyping them.

Connect Using an M3U Playlist

An M3U playlist works as a single web address that tells a compatible player where to retrieve your channel and VOD information. It is a useful alternative when your app is designed around playlist URLs.

  • Playlist Name: Choose any label that makes the playlist easy to identify later, such as “EliteStream IPTV.”
  • M3U URL: Paste the complete M3U URL supplied with your subscription without changing any characters.
  • EPG URL: An optional guide URL that can provide programme information and schedules. Use it when an EPG address is supplied with your account.
Which login method should I use? Choose the format your app supports and the details you were given. When both are available, Xtream Codes is often easier to manage, while M3U is convenient for players built around playlist URLs.
When Something Goes Wrong

Troubleshoot Common IPTV Problems

Use these checks when an app opens but the login, channel list, guide, or playback is not behaving as expected.

“Username or Password Rejected”

Check each field against the latest details you received. Pasting is safer than typing by hand, and you should remove any accidental spaces. If you recently renewed or changed your plan, make sure you are using the newest credentials.

Live TV Keeps Buffering

Where possible, test the connection with Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi. Pause heavy downloads and other streams, restart the router, and test again. If buffering remains, try a lower playback quality in the player settings.

The Picture Is Black or Blank

Give the stream a few seconds to initialize, then switch to another channel. If other channels work, the issue may be limited to that stream; otherwise close and reopen the player.

EPG / Programme Guide Is Empty

For M3U connections, confirm that an EPG URL was supplied and entered correctly. Then use the player’s refresh or update-guide option so the latest programme data can be downloaded.

The App Loads but Shows No Channels

First verify that the device can reach the internet by opening a normal website or streaming app. After that, fully exit the IPTV player and launch it again.
